LABEL REWINDERS
Low-Cost "MINI-CAT" Universal Label Rewinders / Unwinders
The World's Lowest-Cost Label Rewinders are terrific for everyday label rewinding tasks. They are very easy to set up and use for labels up to 4 1/2- inches wide and up to 8.6-inch (220mm) roll diameters. Choose from the MINI-CAT-10A (shown at left) for standard 3" core diameters or the MC-11 (below left) with an Adjustable Core Holder that accepts any core diameter from 1" up to 4".

Both models will also do "coreless rewinding" without any core at all. They can also be used as Label Unwinders for rolls up to 8.6-inches in diameter. Thousands of these popular Rewinders are working perfectly in the field. Put a rugged little "MINI-CAT" to work for you, today.

"CAT-2" Heavy-Duty Label Rewinders This is the "industry standard" workhorse label rewinder. The standard CAT-2 handles up to a 6-inch (14-cm) label width and a 12-inch (30-cm) roll diameter on a 3-inch core. Dual torque ranges. A 16-inch (40-cm) roll diameter capacity is available on Model CAT-2-R16. The CAT-2 is now also available with a dedicated 1" diameter Core Holder. Also available is a wide label model, the CAT-2-W9, for labels up to 9.5-inches (24-cm) wide.

Need to rewind various Core Sizes? The CAT-2-ACH model is supplied with an Adjustable Core Holder for any core from 1" to 4" in diameter and up to 6-inches wide. The CAT-2-ACH is shown here with the optional APG-1 Adjustable Paper Guide to provide perfect alignment for the outer edge of the rewound label roll.

One of the newest CAT-2s is the CAT-2-CHUCK, with an included "Quick-Chuck" quick-locking Core Chuck for production applications. Shown here with the optional Outer Flange, the CAT-2-CHUCK is a valuable addition to any volume label operation. CAT-16 Wide-Web Heavy-Duty Label Rewinder Here's a terrific new rewinder for wide labels, sign shops, or letter shop operations. Up to 16-inch width capacity and up to 10-inch roll diameters. The CAT-16 features a high-power torque range and a "Tilt-and-Load" feature (click on photo) for easier loading and unloading of label cores and rolls. An EXTERNAL HALT CONTROL is included. Use of the EXTERNAL HALT CONTROL is optional and not required for operation.


LABEL SLITTERS
Need to make narrow labels? Print your labels several across ("up") and then use a Slitter to slit them to desired size. You'll improve your throughput and dramatically increase your ribbon and print head life with an inexpensive LABELMATE Slitter. A LABELMATE CAT-2 Rewinder is used to pull the label web through the cutting blades, creating a very affordable solution for "in-line" slitting at the output of your printer.

The S-100 Slitter (shown at left) handles label webs up to 6-inches (15-cm) wide. The S-100 is shown with the optional PC-1 Preset Counter that will automatically stop the CAT-2 Rewinder in "off-line" mode when the desired batch size of labels has been slit. The model S-200 looks similar and accepts label webs up to 9.5-inches (24-cm) wide.

New! SLIT-100 & SLIT-200 Complete "Off-Line" Label Slitting Stations
For an even more cost-effective solution, or to slit using more than 2- or 3-blades, new off-line Slit Station Packages are now available at money-saving prices! With the SLIT-100 and SLIT-200 packages you get a complete "off-line" Slitting Station including a Label Unwinder, a Label Slitter, and a Label Rewinder with all needed accessories, such as Separator Plates, a position locking bar, and extra blades. A LABELMATE Off-Line Label Slitting Station is the answer for your narrow label production needs.
