All Barcode Systems provides full-scale, nationwide Fulfillment Services. We are capable of servicing small to large accounts. We pack and ship customer specific orders on a daily basis and distribute these shipments locally as well as nationwide using United Parcel Service and LTL freight companies.

Inventory Control:
One of the most important elements of maintaining a profitable business is to have the right products available at the right time. Carrying excess inventory or incorrect levels of inventory can result in unnecessary costs. Our fulfillment programs are designed to give you the freedom and flexibility to maintain the most appropriate inventory levels that will provide your customer with in time product and will maximize your profits!
We provide an inventory management system that gives timely and accurate information pertaining to the receipt of goods; movement of goods; the sale, removal, or other disposition of goods; and the precise valuation and status of goods remaining in inventory at any point in time.

(1)This fee is for maintenance and monthly inventory reports. Reports can be generated anytime during the month, but generally are completed within 48 hours after the last day of the month (excluding weekends).
(2)This fee covers the physical cost to receive and incoming shipment and put each item to the shelf. If multiple shipments with multiple items are received at once, the fee will be charged for each product received.
(3)The Pallet charge is for each full or partial pallet stored. Bay fees are charged for the specific Bay size. We will store as many items within the Bay as possible without compromising picking ability by hiding individual products.
(4)Each RELEASE received will be charges these fees. There is no limit to the number of releases received, but the fees will be based on each ORDER picked and shipped.
(5)This fee covers the initial set-up of all customer accounts and associated part numbers.
(6)Shipping Charges are either at customer expense (freight collect or 3rd party billed) or charged UPS published rates or our LTL discounted rates.
(*) Each additional Ship To and Part Number received following the initial set-up of the account will carry an administrative fee of $5.00 per Ship To and Part Number.
