To make sure we give you the best Barcode Duplication Kit experience, we need the following answered:

Wood? Plastic? Metal? Wet Plastic? Leave blank if unknown or it doesn't apply to you.

We will do our best to fit your data in the specified width. We will inform you if a wider size is required.

This is optional. We will find the best length for you if you leave this blank.

Code 39 and Code 128 are usually used for purposes such as asset labeling, membership cards, and barcoding library books. The main difference, as you can see from the example images above, is that Code 128 has a much higher data density than Code 39. Therefore, we recommend Code 128 for labels with a small width. Most barcode scanners can read both types of barcodes easily.

If you are using a product for a retail store, you need a UPC barcode.

If you need a barcode that requires the highest amount of data, a QR code is a good option.

Leave blank if unknown — please provide photographic examples of your barcode if you're unsure below.

If yes, please describe or upload an image in the next section. A fixed text/image means this information will always be printed on the label and will not change from print to print.

If you have an example of the barcode you want to duplicate, please upload a scanned image or photograph of the barcode you want to duplicate here.

To complete your duplication kit we will need example photos/images of the barcode you want to duplicate. Please upload it here or email it to us at [email protected]

Image files (jpg, jpeg, png, gif) only. Please make sure it is as clear as possible so we can test your barcode example.

Thank you for filling out the questionnaire! Please fill out the information below and we will contact you in 24 hours or less (excluding holidays and weekends).

An email will be sent here to confirm your answers have been received.
